Schools

We work with schools to support the leadership and teaching of Science and D&T. We work closely with subject leaders and teachers on the following types of activity:
 

• monitoring planning

• monitoring evidence

• lesson observations

• lesson planning

• team teaching

• auditing resources

• planning science events

• developing whole school curriculum maps

• creative planning

• developing and implementing whole school assessment systems.

A programme of support can be tailored to meet the exact needs of your school. Costs depend on the scale and nature of your requirements, but typical costs are:

​

• half day - £350 + VAT

• full day - £600 + VAT.

We also offer a range of annual support packages designed to meet different schools' needs. For science, we offer three levels of support.

​

1. Support Science

   Designed to maintain the teaching and learning of science in your school

2. Develop Science

   Designed for schools wanting to enhance the teaching and learning of science

3. Prioritise Science

   Designed for schools wanting an intensive focus on improving science teaching and learning

We work with education organisations such as local authorities, school improvement partnerships, multi-academy trusts and federated schools, providing services such as:

• subject leader meetings

• ITT training

• curriculum design and development

• bespoke CPD.
