About the event
Science subject leaders who attend this course will:
learn about the links between topics within each year-group in the National Curriculum and the implications this has for sequencing
be able to support teachers to plan topics that cover the appropriate content
be able to support teachers to break down the appropriate content into sequences of learning that avoid cognitive overload
learn about the statements in the National Curriculum that most commonly cause issues for teaching and progression.
